Started at the Department of Health & Human Services, then built a holistic health practice with 236 clients and a 99.7% satisfaction rating. Worked with CEOs who could buy any solution and athletes who had every wearable — and still watched them struggle with inconsistent energy, fragmented focus, habits that wouldn't stick.

The problem wasn't knowledge. It was execution. So Jay dove into chronobiology and behavior change, published "Not All Hours Are Created Equal," and ran a 300-week case study with real clients to figure out what actually moves the needle day over day.

SPiR is the system he wished existed when he was burning out trying to hack his own performance — built by someone who's been in the trenches with elite performers and knows exactly what works.
